1. Formulate Yasar University Strategic Plan and determine the goals for the strategic planning structure.
2. Cooperate with the related units while formulating the strategic plan and establish sub committees to take the advice and the services of both academic and administrative departments when necessary.
3. Ensure the implementation and supervision of strategic plan.
4. Update the Strategic Plan in accordance with changing conditions when necessary, and proposing alternative strategies.
5. Appointment of members for a certain period of time is in accordance with their fields of expertise in order to follow the processes related to the Strategic Plan.
6. Preparing the action plans of the departments related with the Strategic Plan, implementing them, and ensuring that the measurements are based on the implementation.
6a. Preparation of action plans evaluation report on strategic plan and submission to the top management periodically.
6b. Plan and carry out periodical activity plan related to the Strategic Plan.
7. Organize various conferences, training programs, seminars, symposiums, colloquium etc. in the context of strategic plan.
8. Cooperate with local and foreign organizations and experts working in this field for the implementation of research, analysis and training programs for the strategic plan.
9. Ensure and sustain the outcomes of all services and accomplishments carried out by the departments of Yasar University according to the standards of excellence such as accreditation, webometrics and other rankings.
10. Create appropriate documents related to the work carried out.
